- Find your ticket category
- Select your choice of monthly lecture/workshop from the dropdown menu
- Click the “pay now” button
You will then be taken to Paypal’s secure site to complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation by email, and we will contact you if we have any additional questions. We do not mail physical tickets, but will have a record of your payment when you check in for your event.
If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can use a regular credit card to pay. Click the “Don’t have a Paypal account?” link on the right, and enter your card information. This is a secure transaction.

$50 – member early-bird rate (at or before Thursday lecture)
$65 – member regular rate
WSAA Workshop Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations received with 2 or more days’ notice will be awarded a full refund. For this, email notification needs to be received by the Thursday prior to the Saturday workshop, or at the Thursday night lecture.
Cancellations received within 1 day of the workshop will be awarded a 40% refund. For this, email notification needs to be received Friday by 5pm
No refund or credit given if cancellation notification is not received 1 day prior to the workshop (Friday by 5 pm). Instead, the money will go into the WSAA scholarship fund.
