WSAA Workshop Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Cancellations received with 2+ days notice will be awarded a full refund. For this, notification needs to be received by the Thursday previous to the Saturday workshop. Notification can be given either via email, *phone call or in person at the Thursday meeting.
- Cancellations received within 1 day of the workshop will be awarded 100% credit. For this, notification needs to be received Friday by 5pm. Notification can be given either via email or phone call*.
- No refund or credit given if cancelation notification is not received 1 day prior to the workshop (Friday by 5 pm). Instead, the money will go into the WSAA scholarship fund.
